Returns Policy

We will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

We will accept returns where any goods are damaged or faulty prior to delivery to you, or we have sent you the wrong product. We do however carefully check each item prior to leaving our possession and we package each item with care.

Please note:

Our Products are hand made in small batches from natural materials and may contain variations in tone and colour and surface blemishes. These variations are not considered defects and add to the beauty and unique character of every artisan piece.

Any *delivery fees paid on receiving our products, both locally in Auckland or organized on your behalf through a separate carrier cannot be reimbursed as the service is deemed already rendered. This is an industry standard.
